儿童功能性消化不良胃、胆囊排空功能与幽门螺杆菌的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌感染(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)对功能性消化不良(FunctionalDyspepsia,FD)儿童胃、胆囊液体排空的影响。方法:Hp阳性FD儿童80例,按不同的治疗方案分A组(乳酸菌素片口服)20例、B组(乳酸菌素片+吗丁啉片口服)25例、C组(抗Hp三联+乳酸菌素片+吗丁啉片口服,复查Hp转阴者)32例(有3例复查Hp未转阴者,不纳入C组)。比较各组治疗前后胃胆囊液体排空情况。结果:治疗后60min胃窦液体排空率分别是A组(33.1±7.2)%、B组(42.2±2.5)%、C组(69.8±5.4)%,C组胃排空比A组、B组快,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后30min胆囊液体排空率是A组(23.9±3.5)%、B组(31.2±2.0)%、C组(32.5±3.9)%,三组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:Hp感染可能影响FD儿童的胃排空,根除Hp可改善胃排空功能。Hp感染对FD儿童的胆囊排空无影响。Objective：To explore the Hp infection on Functional Dyspepsia in children and the emptying rate of gastric and gallbladder. Methods：80 children with FD of the digestive department were studied. Of them,20 received the therapy with Lacidophilin （group A）, 25 received the therapy with Lacidophilin and Domperidome （group B）,35receivedtriple eradication therapy, Lacidophilin and Domperidome. Then,the Hp tests were performed again, 32 became Hp-negative （group C）, and the others were still positive treatment in each group were compared. The emptying rates of gastric and gallbladder before and after. Results：After treatment, gastric liquid emptying rates in each group in 60 min were （33.1±7.2） %（group A）,（42.2±2.5） %（group B）,（69.8±5.4） %（group C） respectively. Group C＇s gastric liquid emptying rates were improved after received the therapy, which had difference from group A and B （P〈0.05）. Gallbladder liquid emptying rate in 30 min was（23.9±3.5）%（group A）, （31.2±2.0） %（group B）, （32.5±3.9） %（group C） respectively. No difference was found in the gallbladder＇s liquid emptying rate between group A, group B and group C （P〉0.O5）.Conclusion：Hp infection maybe make gastric emptying rate slower, which will be re-evaluated after the infection eradicated. Hp infection isn＇t associated with the gallbladder emptying rate.
