历史街区振兴的策略与思考——以余姚市武胜门历史街区保护规划为例

摘　　要：文化衰退和物质衰败是历史街区衰落的两个原因。文化内涵是历史街区特色的内在表达,也是历史街区保护的重要内容。余姚市武胜门历史街区保护规划通过人文活动带的建设、保护内容和深度的拓展,以及渐进式保护与集中式保护相结合的策略,运用功能提升、文化资源的收集和表现,传统建筑形制保护与传递,多元保护模式的运用等方法,对历史街区进行全面、完整和积极的规划。Cultural decline and physical downfull are two reasons of the decline of a historical district. Cultural connotations are the inherent expression and the important protection content of a historical district, We divided the human activities areas, expand the depth and breadth of the conservation planning and use the gradual regeneration mode mixed with the massive mode in the Wushengmen historic district; Yuyao City. We also use the ways of enhanced the function, cultural resource collected and to be performed, traditional architectural shapes protected and communicated, mixed methods used to do the conservation planning comprehensively, integrity and positively.
