腹腔镜腹腔内置片加粘停宁治疗腹股沟疝(附85例报告)

摘　　要：目的：探讨粘停宁在腹腔镜腹腔内补片植入术（IPOM）治疗腹股沟疝的优越性。方法：应用腹腔镜腹腔内补网片法（intraperitoneal on laymesh，IPOM）及粘停宁治疗85例疝患者（其中嵌顿疝12例，双侧疝24例，复发疝20例）。结果：85例均在腹腔镜下完成手术，手术时间20～30min，平均25min，术中无并发症，无出血。住院3～7d，平均4d。术后恢复顺利，无肠粘连、腹腔感染、阴囊血肿。随访85例6～24个月，平均16个月，无复发。结论：腹腔镜IPOM及粘停宁方法治疗腹股沟疝安全可行，且患者创伤小，康复快，住院时间短，不易复发，无肠粘连等并发症。Objective： To explore the effect and prosperity of medical chitin degraded membrane combined with laparoscopic intraperitoneal on laymesh （IPOM） in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods： medical chitin degraded membrane combined with laparoscopic intraperitoneal on laymesh was perfomed in 85 cases with inguinal hernia from Janaury, 2002 to August, 2004. Results： The operation was successfully performed in all patients. The operative time was 20-30minutes （average 25 minutes）. No complication and bleeding was found intraoperatively. The hospitalization was 3-4days Follow up ranged from 6 months to 2 years and no relapse was found. Conclusions： medical chitin degraded membrane combined with laparoscopic IPOM is safe and effective, It has advantages of mini-invasion,short operation time and quick recovery.
