摘　　要：目的了解医学专科生同性恋认知程度及同性恋倾向,为学校开展性健康教育提供基线材料。方法分层整群抽取250名医学专科生,采用自填式问卷进行调查。结果不同性别的医学专科生在对同性恋的认知程度和性观念差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01);而心理上的同性恋倾向差别无显著性(P>0.05)。结论应加强医学生性健康教育,提高其对同性恋的正面认识,促进其身心健康发展。Objective：To knowledge homosexuality recognitory degree and trend about medical college students, so that spread .sex health ＇s education proffer basi - material for school. Methods： A survey on 250 medical college students was carried out in May 2005, and used question of self - write to researched. Resuits： It＇s have statistical significance in homosexuality recognitory degree and differentiation of sex concept that medical college smdems of different gesder（ P 〈 0. 01 ） ;but the homosexuality degree in psychic is no statistical significance（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： We should strengthen healthy education of sex for medical college students,so that improved students＇ level about homosexuality, and progress health＇s development in body and psyche.
