摘　　要：今年一季度人民币新增信贷投放1．26万亿元,超过了央行年初制定的全年贷款额度—— 2．5万亿元的50％。4月份的新增贷款3700多亿元,又创历史同期最高。央行公布的这几个数据立刻引起了各界的高度关注。信贷高增长是偶然现象还是必然趋势,出现的原因以及后果又是怎样,值得我们深入思考。本期论坛邀请来自人民银行,监管部门、研究机构以及商业银行的几位青年专家,探讨信贷高增长背后的种种问题。In the end of this April, the data of loans growth of RMB was published and aroused high attention all around. Is it the phenomena by accident or necessity trend? What were the reasons behind and the result caused? We might figure out the true meaning of such growth from the experts' views on such the related issues.
