摘　　要：阐述了无铅玻璃包括晶质玻璃、电子玻璃、电真空玻璃、焊料玻璃、微晶玻璃焊料的成分、性质、制造过程,指出目前存在的问题和今后发展的方向。The compositions, properties and preparations of lead-free glasses such as crystal glass, electronic glass,electric vacuum glass,solder glass and solder glass-ceramics are reviewed. Finally the present problems and development directions of lead-free glasses in the future are pointed out.
