下岗职工家庭利用社区卫生服务的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨下岗职工家庭就诊医疗机构的选择意向和影响因素。方法应用整群随机抽样的方法对5市941户下岗家庭（3050人）进行入户询问调查。结果下岗职工家庭成员经常就诊和2周患病就诊的前3位的医疗机构是社区卫生服务机构、市级医院和私人诊所。下岗职工家庭成员中以25—35岁年龄段人群、人均月收入低于400元的家庭、医疗保障以自费形式的家庭、门诊费用以自费形式的家庭、家庭距社区卫生服务机构1km以内的家庭社区卫生服务的利用率最高。结论（1）社区卫生服务是下岗职工家庭健康保障的有效途径；（2）社区卫生服务是下岗职工家庭实施医疗救助的最好平台。Objective To investigate the intention selecting health organization for laid - off families and the correlated factors. Methods Totally 941 jobless families （3050 persons） were randomly selected with cluster sampling in 5 cities, and in - depth interview was performed. Results Community health service organizations, hospitals of city level and individual clinic were frequently selected by laid - off families for seeing doctors; The heist rate of utilizing community health service was for the population of 25 - 35 years old, whose incoming under 400 RMB, whose medical security at one＇s expense, and whose house away from community health service organizations within one kilometer. Conclusion （ 1 ） Community health service is a effectual way for laid - off families health security. （2） Community health service is the best platform for medical aid of laid - off families.
