摘　　要：先以硝酸、氯化钾与菱苦土为原料反应制取硝酸钾,分离硝酸钾所得母液主要是氯化镁溶液,在氯化镁溶液中先后加入填充料、改性剂、菱苦土等原料,充分搅拌均匀制成菱镁水泥料浆,然后将料浆注入模具中成型为菱镁水泥制品。本工艺流程简单,原料价廉易得,无污染,投资低,生产成本低,产品市场好。First prepare potassium nitrate with nitric acid and potassium chloride reacting with magnesia,and then separate potassium nitrate from solution and mother liquor is mainly composed by magnesium chloride. Next add filling agent, modifier and magnesia to mother liquor and fully agitate them to make magnesia cement slurry. Finally mold magnesia cement finished product by filling slurry in mold. The process is simple and materials are cheap and easy to attain. Besides there are other advantages such as no pollution,low investment,low cost and fine market perspective.
