摘　　要：介绍了以长余辉发光颜料、PU树脂为基料,采用涂布法制备发光膜的生产过程,同时阐述了发光材料的性能及聚氨酯发光膜生产过程中的影响因素。PU发光膜具有生产工艺灵活、发光亮度高、余辉时间长等特点,应用非常广泛。This article mainly introduces the manufacturing process of coating luminous film with mixed raw materials of long after-glow pigment and polyurethane. At the same time, it explains the properties of luminous materials and the effect of production factor. The manufacturing technique is flexible and the product has characteristics such as high glowing brightness and long after-glow time, etc. It can be used widely.
