RP-HPLC同时测定功劳去火片中栀子苷、黄芩苷及盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立了反相高效液相色谱法同时测定功劳去火片（功劳木，黄柏，黄芩等）中栀子苷、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法：采用KromasilC18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5．0μm）；流动相组成为A：乙腈，B：乙腈-0．5％三乙胺水溶液（磷酸调pH3．1）（10：90）梯度洗脱；流速1．0mlMmin，检测波长254nm。结果：栀子苷、黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的线性范围分别为：3．22～206μg/mL（r=0．9999），2．95～186μg／mL（r=0．9999）和1．64～104μg／mL（r=0．9999）。平均回收率均大于98．4％。结论：该方法专属性强，结果准确可靠，重现性好，可用于功劳去火片中栀子苷、黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定，以便更好地控制功劳去火片的质量。AIM： To establish a method of determining genpioside, baicalin and berberine in Gonglao Quhuo Tablets （ Caulis Mahoniae, Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis, Radix Scutellariae, etc）. METHODS ： The mobile phase composed of A acetonitrile ,B acetonitrile and 0.5% triethylamine （ Ph3.1 ） （ 10： 90）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/ min with the wavelength at 254 nm. RESULTS ：The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 3.22-206 mL（ r = 0. 999 9） for genpioside, 2.95-186 μg/mL（ r = 0. 999 9） for baicalin and 1.64-104μg/mL（ r=0. 999 9 ）for berberine hydrochloride, respectively. The average recoveries were not less than 98.4%. CONCLUSION ： This HPLC method is convenient, rapid, accurate and could be used for quality control of production of Gonglao Quhuo Tablets.
