摘  要:目的:研究缺碘状态下补充蛋白质对小鼠甲状腺激素的影响。方法:用碘缺乏病区粮食配制蛋白质含量不同的低碘饲料饲养ICR初断乳小鼠,观察小鼠尿碘及甲状腺激素水平。结果:蛋白质摄入量相同、严重缺碘组小鼠甲状腺激素明显降低(P<0.05),高蛋白质、低碘组小鼠仅子代T4水平稍有降低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:碘的摄入量对小鼠甲状腺激素起主要作用,但补充足够的蛋白质能有效预防甲肿的发生与发展。Objective: To study the effects of protein on thyoid hormone of the little mouse with iodine deficiency. Methods: All ICR mousses were invited into the group A, group B and group C, and they were given different kind feed respectively, in which the feed included different content protein and iodine. The urine level of thyoid hormone and the iodine were measured. Results: The urine level of thyoid hormone in the normal iodine group was markedly better than iodine deficiency group when the content of protein was same in the feed, but it was worse in the normal protein + serious iodine deficiency group than lower protein + higher iodine group. Conclusions: Iodine played in key role to the level of thyoid hormone of mouse. When iodine was absorbed scantly, the supplication of enough protein could effectively prevent the occurrence and development of goiter.
