摘　　要：介绍了济钢自立式4号高炉在投产近9年以来的生产和炉缸炉体的破损现状。通过强化炉体炉缸设备的点检和维护力度、调整操作制度、改善煤气流分布、稳定炉况顺行、完善钛矿护炉模式、加强出渣铁作业管理和精料等一系列措施,使得高炉保持在较好的和安全的生产状态。The breakage of hearth and body on No. 4 BF qua self-support pattern at Jisteel is described since production for 9 years . The blast furnace keeps the preferable and safe production state by strengthening equipment look-over and maintenance, adjusting operation system, improving coal gas flow distribution, stabilizing BF running, perfecting protection of BF with limonite in the burden, giving attention to management of casthouse and adopting beneficiated material etc.
