黄虎解热袋泡剂发汗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:为探讨黄虎解热袋泡剂对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的作用机制,研究其提高机体免疫力的作用效果。方法:采用着色法观察药物对正常大鼠足跖汗液分泌的影响。结果:黄虎袋泡剂高剂量组、中剂量组、毛果芸香碱组与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01):低剂量组与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。黄虎袋泡剂高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组与毛果芸香碱组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄虎袋泡剂具有明显的发汗作用,可能是其有效治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的重要作用机制之一。Objective： To investigate the mechanism of action of Huanghu Relieving Fever Granules（HRFG） on infantile acute upper respiratory infection, and study its effect to improve immunity. Method： The staining method was used to observe the effect of the drugs on the sudor secretion of voix pedis in normal rats. Result： Compared HRFG high -dose group, middle -dose group, carpiline group with the bhnk control group, the difference had statistical significance（P 〈 0.01 ） ; compared the low - dose group with the blank control group, the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; compared the HRFG high and middle dose group with carpiline group, the difference hadn＇t statistical significance（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The HRFG has obvious diaphoretic action, which may be the one of mechanisms of action to treat the infantile acute upper respiration infection.
