3种鼠尾草注射液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:与丹参进行对比,研究云南产鼠尾草属药物滇丹参、甘西鼠尾、褐毛甘西鼠尾对大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:结扎大鼠冠脉左前降支,30 m in后剪断结扎线造成心肌缺血再灌注模型,经股静脉给药。测定再灌注60 m in后血清中CK、LDH、SOD、GSH-Px和MDA含量。结果:滇丹参、甘西鼠尾、褐毛甘西鼠尾可以显著降低大鼠心肌缺血再灌注后血清CK、LDH和MDA含量,升高血清SOD和GSH-Px活力(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:滇丹参、甘西鼠尾、褐毛甘西鼠尾对大鼠在体缺血再灌注心肌有与丹参一致的保护作用。Objective： To study the protection of Salvia yunnanensis C. H. Wright, Salvia przerwalskii Maxim, and Salvia przewalskii Maxim var mandarinorum stib produced in Yunnan province on acute myocardial ischemical reperfusion injury, and compared with that of Danshen. Method： The rat models were set up with ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery （LAD） for 30 minutes, the drugs were given by the way of femoral vein. After that, the contents of CK, LDH, SOD, GSH - Px and MDA in serum were determined after reperfusion 60 minutes. Result： the three kinds of Salvia injections could decrease the contents of CK, LDH and MDA in serum after myocardial Ischemical Reperfusion, raise up the activity of SOD and GSH - Px in serum （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： the three kinds of salvia injections have the protection on the heart muscle of ischemical reperfusion in rats, just like the Danshen injection has.
