摘  要:怀化地区习惯饮用的苦丁茶,经鉴定为蔷薇科植物三叶海棠,本品具有清热解暑,生津止渴等作用。对其有效成分与药理研究发现,三叶海棠除了多酚含量偏低外,其余成分均与传统绿茶相近,其苦涩味较茶少,且含有人体必需的8种氨基酸,是一种具有较高营养价值的茶饮料。Kudingcha,the prevalent beverage in huaihua district, is identified as the Malus sieboldii(Regel) Rehdwhich belongs to the resaceae. It has the function of clearing away summer heat - evil and promoting salivation, and quenching thirst. In studying for its active constituents and pharmacological research, we found the constituents of Malus sieboldii(Regel) Rehd were the near to traditional green tea except for lower the content of polyphenol. Furthermore, the kuingcha had less bitter or astringent taste, contained eight kinds of amino acids needed by body. So it was a beverage with high nutritive value.
