摘  要:经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高与消费观念的转变使分时度假的经营理念在中国全面进入实质性操作的时间已为时不远。建筑师作为一个重要参与者,非常有必要对这样一种复合房地产的新概念有所了解。从对分时度假的定义、本质分析和它在过去40年发展过程的回顾,通过考察它与房地产业、旅游业间的相互关系,我们可以对它有一个较为清晰的认识,从而在专业领域作积极的准备。With the development of national economy and the ordinary people's view of consumption changing, the fimeshare industry will come to its executive period in China. As an important participator, an architect should have some ideas on this new concept. In the beginning of this paper, the author points out the definition of timeshare concept, analysis its nature and has a review of its development process in the world in the last 40 years. Through inspecting its interrelation between real estate industry and tourism, we will have a comparative understand on the concept and do some preparation in our professional
