摘　　要：老龄化问题是本世纪关涉全球的重大社会问题。从国情现实出发,结合国外的建设经验,就公寓式老年住宅的设计进行了研究与探索。最后,分析了国内公寓式老年住宅建设现存的主要问题,并探讨了这类老年住宅的发展趋势。The aging of population problem is one of the first magnitude problems to be facing by mankind all over the world in 21th century. Based on the national conditions and foreign experiences for reference, this thesis researches on the design of apartments for the elderly. At last, aiming at development of apartments for the elderly in china, this thesis discusses some major problems existed at present and attempts to explore the developing trend.
