摘　　要：从运用适宜性技术进行设计的角度,针对夏热冬冷地区的住宅阳台设计当中存在的一些问题和弊端,提出了一个解决方案,具有一定的现实意义。There are some problems and flaws exist in the residential balcony design in the zone with hot summer and cold winter in China. So the article exerts the design method of middle-tech, bring forward a solution, which maybe have some practical meaning.
