摘　　要：通过对聊城市高新技术创业园设计体会的介绍,指出有机秩序的空间网络、人性化的空间、富有弹性的整体结构是确保高新技术创业园高效运作的关键。Through introducing the experience of High new Technique Pioneering Park in Liaocheng, this paper points out that the ordered organic space network, the humanizing space and the whole construction full of elastcity are key to guarantee the effectual exertion of high-new technique pioneeling park
