摘　　要：该文对芬兰著名建筑师,建筑评论家尤哈尼·帕拉斯玛(JubanPallasmaa)的生平和学术、创作成就作了介绍;对帕拉斯玛的作品,特别是所作住于芬兰北部伊那瑞小城尤图河溪的展示遊牧民族、萨米人民俗文化为主旨的萨米(西达)博物馆的设计作详尽的介绍和评述。This article introduces the life,academic and creation achievements of Juban pallasmaa,the famous Finland architect and architectural critic.it also gives detoiled introduction and commentary of the Saamelaismuseo （Siida）,located in the Inari of the north of Finland ,which is one of the Pallasmaa＇s designs with the major idea to show the folk-custom culture of the herdsman clan-somi.
