摘　　要：在广州,以国际方案招标和市民公众评议为基础,以获得具有影响力的和国际化的新设计概念,产生了一系列的新建筑方案,为广州增添了新的建筑形象。国内外设计师之间在组织联合体、进行合作设计的过程中,促进了新思想和方法的引进,这不但开拓了广阔的设计思路、促进了设计手法的更新,同时也使得境外设计界能够基于建设项目及其设计竞赛更多地认识、理解广东、广州城市和广州文化。Though the international design projects invited public bidding , and choosing through public appraisal by citizen, Guangzhou has taken some new design concepts that have more international force, and brought a series of new architectural projects. So, Guangzhou city lends the new visualize. At the processes of buildup combo and cooperate design , the abroad and domestic architects accelerated the new thoughts and methods. The thoughts of design are exploit, and the design technique was advanced. At same time, the abroad designers can understand to Guangdong, comprehend the Guangzhou city, cognition the Guangzhou culture by the constructions and some competitions of designs.
