摘　　要：城市特色来自特定自然条件,历史文化积累。在建设中,必须保护历史文化遗存,创造先进的新建筑文化;城市中大多数建筑应当是配角;城市特色的形成需要长时间的积累。The characters of city come from special conditions of nature and accumulation of historical and cultural heritage in the city. We must protedct the historical and cultural heritage perectly and create the advanced culture and architecture. The majority of buildings asways act as a supporting role in the city. It takes a very long time that forms the character of city.
