摘　　要：结合１６ｋｂ／ｓ话音子带编码的特点，提出了一种建立在该编码算法基础上的ＡＴＭ（异步转移模式）话音信元装配方法及相应的信元丢失补偿技术。Two voice packetization schemes based on the features of 16kbit/s speech subband coding are proposed.An ATM voice cell assemble method based on 16kbit/s speech subband coding algorithm and the corresponding cell loss compensation technique are proposed.The computer simulation results of two schemes with cell loss compensation are given.
