摘　　要：针对当前科技进步对建筑高技术含量提出的要求,本文从建筑设计的专业角度,关注建筑的高技术发展趋势,以及新技术、新材料、新软件在当前设计领域的应用。本文阐释了建筑高技术的概念和应用情况,以及国际建筑生态节能的主要趋势,同时以建筑项目"蓝牙水晶" 和"柏彦大厦"为例,提出中国实现建筑高技术化最重要的是达到各专业设计的整合,提高建筑室内舒适度和健康生态水平,降低建筑能耗。In regard to the present science and technology advancement requesting more architecture hi-tech,this paper focuses on the developing trends in architecture hi-tech as well as the application of new technology,new material,and new software in the present designing field from the perspective of professional architecture design.The paper illustrates the concept of architecture hi-tech and its applications as well as the major trends of international ecological energy saving architecture design.With the examples of ＂Blue-tooth Crystal＂and＂Hi-tech Wealth Company Beijing＂,this paper puts forward that the most important thing to implement the hi-tech design in China is to practice an integrated approach to planning and to create a comfortable and healthy internal climate with minimal energy.
