摘　　要：国信大吉危改项目，2004 本项目位于北京两广大街的交汇处，地处闹市，周围环境的文化气息十分深厚，其中的“康有为故居”、“李万春故居”等历史保护建筑，需要在建设范围内予以保留，建筑功能涵盖商业，旅馆，办公及SOHO住宅等多种类型。由于开发商要求的容积率较大，如何处理好高密度与历史环境之间的关系，是摆在建筑师面前的一个棘手的难题。我们的设计理念是通过建立新建筑和传统建筑之间的内在联系，加强对比，达到新旧建筑之间的对立统一，彰显北京文化特色。Redemption Project of China Telecom,2004 Located in the intersection of Liangguang Street of downtown Beijing,this project is immersed in a deep cultural environment,in which historically protected buildings such as ＂former residence of Kang Youwei＂and ＂former residence of Li Wanchun＂have to be retained in the reconstruction.The function of the architecture covers commerce,hotels,offices,and SOHO houses,tec.Due to a large capacity rate demanded by the developer,it is the architect＇s job to face the difficult task of handling the relations between high density and historical environment.Our design principle is to strengthen the contrast through finding the links beteen the new buildings and the traditional ones,which integrates the contradictory new and old buildings,demonstrating the cultural characteristics of Beijing clearly.
