The scheme locates two residential towers of 26 and 36 storeys containing appreximately 700 apartments to the north of the site, and three lower commercial office buildings of 10 storeys to the south, fronting the Pacific Highway. The retail and restaurant component is approximately 4,500m^2 net, including food outlets and a supermarket.
