摘　　要：为探讨耐碱微生物的耐碱机制,自CCBAU根瘤菌菌库中筛选得到一株耐受pH11.5的根瘤菌,编号为CCBAU81024。通过对其生理生化特征的测定、16SrDNA序列分析、DNAG+Cmol%测定以及DNA-DNA杂交,鉴定其为Sinorhizobiummeliloti。为进一步的研究根瘤菌的耐碱机制提供了实验材料。A alkali-tolerance strain CCBAU 81024 was selected from CCBAU, which grows on TY medium at pH 11.5. Further analysis of primary physiological and biochemical characteristics, 16SrDNA nucleotide sequences blast, DNA G＋Cmol% and DNA-DNA hybridization provided supporting evidence that the strains belongs to the Sinorhizobium meliloti and offered potential material for studies of the mechanism of alkali-tolerance in the rhizobia.
