两优2186制种中亲本的特征特性观察

摘　　要：对两优2186亲本(母本SE21S,父本明恢86)在福建省三明市沙县制种过程中的主要特征特性进行了研究和调查,结果表明:母本SE21S具有株型好、生育期长、柱头外露率高、抗性好及分蘖能力强等特性;父本明恢86具有分蘖能力强、生育期长及叶片数多等特性。通过对两优2186亲本的特征特性进行观察和研究,并就两优2186在该县高产制种管理上提出了若干建议。In this paper, the main characters of SE21S and Minghui86 （ the female parent and male parent of Liangyou2186） were investigated and researched. The result shows that： SE21S, which is the female parent of Liangyou2186, possess the merits of good plant type, long growth duration, high column cap, good resistance, tillering and so on; Minghui86, the male parent, with the characters of tillefing, long breeding period, lots of leaves and so on. Through the observation and exploitation of several characters of Liangyou2186, some suggestions of high.yield manufacture in Shaxian County were also proposed.
