摘 要:在试验研究的基础上,对外包钢与碳纤维布复合加固钢筋混凝土偏压柱这一新型加固形式进行了理论分析,并编制了非线性分析程序BC,根据其计算结果绘制了荷载-挠度全过程曲线,与14根偏心柱试验结果比较,吻合较好。同时在此基础上分析了长细比、含角钢率、含碳纤维布率和偏心距等因素对复合加固偏压构件力学性能的影响。分析结果表明:含碳纤维布率和含角钢率越大,构件长细比以及荷载的偏心距越小,加固效果越好。最后,对外包钢、碳纤维布和混凝土柱之间的粘结和锚固措施进行了分析,结果表明:胶层的弹性模量、胶层厚度、角钢厚度和植筋都是影响复合加固柱粘结的主要因素,对加固柱的破坏形态和承载力有较大影响。Based on experimental results, the method for analyzing the eccentric compression behavior of RC columns strengthened with the combination of CFRP and angle steel is investigated. A nonlinear computer code BC was developed. The full-range load-deflection curves are presented, which are consistent with experimental results. The influences of CFRP ratio, angle steel ratio, slenderness ratio and eccentricity to the mechanical properties of the columns are also analyzed. The results indicate that the decreases in the slenderness ratio and the eccentricity, and the increases in the CFRP ratio and the angle steel ratio are of advantage to the ultimate load-bearing capacity and ductility of the columns. In the end, the measures for sticking and anchoring the angle steel and the CFRP to the columns are discussed. The results show that the elastic modulus and thickness of the adhesive layer, the thickness of the angle steel and post-embedded bars are the main influencing factors on the columns' bonding and greatly affect the failure mode and the bearing capacity of the columns.
