钢铁企业配电网无功补偿与谐波治理方法评析

摘　　要：在介绍钢铁企业用电设备与主要负荷特征的基础上,文章指出配电网改善用电负荷的自然功率因数和抑制谐波的基本方法是从用电负荷本身入手,即多重化技术、合理选择电动机、避免空载运行等措施。文章介绍了常见的集中补偿、分散补偿和就地补偿三种无功补偿方式,针对钢铁企业配电网负荷的特点,着重阐述无源滤波器、有源滤波器以及静止无功补偿器(SVC)、静止无功发生器(SVG)的工作机理、优缺点和适应范围,文章最后对抑制方法的改进和发展趋势作了展望。Mter introducing load characteristics in steel and iron distribution network, the article points out that the basic methods of improving load power factor and inhibiting harmonics are multinappe technology, choosing motor rationally, and avoiding unload operation, etc. The paper analyzes three regular var compensation measure： concentrating compensation, disperse compensation and handy compensation. Combining load characteristics of steel and iron corporation distribution network, the article recommends the operating mechanism, merit, demerit and adaptive range of passive filter, active filter, SVC and SVG. The article draws some reasonable conclusions, prospects the improving measures to inhibit harmonics.
