摘  要:目的:探讨蝎毒(SV)及其主要成分蝎毒多肽(PSV)对大鼠心肌缺血时的一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)作用。方法:26只大鼠随机分成4组(生理盐水、心肌缺血组、SV组及PSV组),采用垂体后叶素构建心肌缺血大鼠模型,分光光度法检测血清及心肌组织中NO含量和NOS活性。结果:心肌缺血后,血清及心肌中NOS活性均下降,NO含量也下降。SV组、PSV组较心肌缺血组上升。结论:SV及PSV能提高循环与缺血心肌局部的NO含量,可能是预防大鼠心肌缺血的作用机制之一。Objective To investigate the effects of scorpion venom (SV) and its polypeptide (PSV) on nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rat with myocardiac ischemia. Methods Twenty-six rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham control group, ischemia group, SV group, and PSV group. An animal model of myocardiac ischemia was established by injecting pituitrin. NO level and NOS activity in serum and myocardium were detected by spectrophotometry. Result In ischemia group, both NO level and NOS activity in serum and myocardium decreased whereas those in SV and PSV groups increased. Conclusion Both SV and PSV could increase NO level in the circulation and ischemic myocardium, which might be one of the mechanisms to protect the ischemic myocardium.
