摘　　要：阐述一种通过PLC梯形图实现与专用程序控制指令无关的结构化程序设计方法。以OMRON C系列PLC在专用剪切设备中的应用为例,通过控制字设置程序流程,满足设备运行要求。该设计方法对不同公司生产的PLC用梯形图编程同样适用,并提高了软件编制效率和可靠性。This paper expounds a structured program design method irrespective of specialized program control instruction realized through PLC trapezoid figure,Taking application of OMRON C series PLC in specialized cutting equipment as example, and through control of character setting program flow, it meets requirements of equipment operation. This design method is applicable to ladder diagram PLC program produced by different companies, and efficiency and reliability of programming software are improved.
