摘  要:目的检测2型糖尿病人空腹血糖、糖化蛋白、血脂浓度,通过相关分析研究血脂及糖化蛋白与糖尿病的关系。方法选取51例2型糖尿病人和53例非糖尿病人检测空腹血糖、血脂五项和糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白(果糖胺),并进行对比相关分析。结果2型糖尿病人的空腹血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白及糖化血清蛋白均与正常人有差异(P<0.05);空腹血糖与LDL和Apob有较好的相关性,相关系数分别为0.3124和0.3106;糖化血红蛋白与LDL和Apob也有良好相关性,相关系数分别为0.2839和0.4134;糖化血清蛋白则与HDL、Apoa和Apob有较好的相关性,相关系数分别为0.2878、-0.2915和0.3234。结论糖化蛋白及血脂各检测项目与糖尿病均有相关性,其浓度监测在糖尿病的诊断和治疗过程中有一定的参考价值。Objective We detect the concentration of blood sugar, lipids, and glucoprotein in patients with 2 type diabetes, and study the relationship among lipid, glucoprotein and diabetes via relative analyse. Methods We select 51 patients with 2 type duabetes and 53 control persons without diaberes as our objects and detect all items mentioned above. Results All items we detect have difference between patients and control (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Glu has better relation with LDL and Apob, the relative coefficients are 0. 3124 and 0. 3106, the same as GLycosylatedhemoglobin, the relative coefficinents are 0. 2839 and 0. 4134: the Glycosylatedsemm protein has better relation with HDL, Apoa and Apob, the relative coeffitients are 0. 2878, - 0. 2915 and 0. 3234. Conclusion We can see the relation between glucoprotein, lipid and diabetes. It is valuable for monitoring diabetes to detect the items during the diagnoses and treatment of diabetes.
