健脾止泻灵汤治疗小儿肠吸收不良综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾止泻灵汤治疗小儿肠吸收不良综合征的临床疗效。方法小儿肠吸收不良综合征86例随机分为治疗组与对照组各43例。治疗组予健脾止泻灵汤治疗,水煎服,每日1剂。对照组口服葡萄碳酸钙片、硫酸镁片、维生素B1片、复合维生素B片、维生素AD胶丸治疗。2组均低脂饮食,治疗1个月判定疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈率、总有效率分别为51.2%、30.2%,对照组分别为81.4%、58.2%,治疗组疗效均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健脾止泻灵汤治疗小儿肠吸收不良综合征疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpizhixieling Decoction on celiac syndrome in childien. Methods 86 children with celiac syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 4.3 patients in the treatment group were administered Jianpizhixieling Decoction once a day. 43 patients in the control group were orally given Calcium Carbonate tablet, Magnesium Sulfate tablet, Vitamin B1 tablet, multival Vitamin tablet and Vitamin AD. The clinical effect was observed after one-month treatment. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate was 51.2% and 30.2%respectively, and 81.4% and 58.2% respectively in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Jianpizhixieling Decoction has definite effect on celiac syndrome in children.
