摘  要:夏热冬冷地区住宅建筑考虑通风和经济等因素,楼梯间多设计为开敞式。然而,开敞式楼梯间增加了建筑物与室外空气接触的表面积,对建筑节能有一定影响。本文运用动态能耗模拟分析软件,分别对设有开敞式与非开敞式楼梯间的不同建筑模型进行模拟计算,研究楼梯间开敞与否对建筑能耗的影响程度。Considering factors such as ventilation and economy in Hot-summer and Cold-winter Region, the stairs of residences are usually designed to be open-styled. However, open-styled stairs increase the contact surface of the building and outside air, and this affect energy-saving of the building. Through the application of simulative and analytic software of dynamic energy consumption, different building models of open-styled and unopened-styled stairs are separately simulated and calculated. The effect of two different style stairs on building' s energy consumption is analyzed.
