摘　　要：随着长沙市商业住宅的迅速发展,我们在住宅区设计上已经积累了相当多的经验,同时也产生了不少亟待解决的问题,尤其是在住宅小区的环境设计上,我们没有给予足够多的重视。本文通过对长沙市住宅小区环境设计现状的分析,指出了长沙市在小区环境设计上的某些不足和误区,并预测了其发展方向。希望通过这样的分析与归纳对我们的建筑实践有一定的参考意义。As the development of commercial residences,we have got lots of experiences in design.At the same time,we have found many problems about the environment design of residence.In the residences design of Changsha,we customed to focus at the design of architecture,and ignored the environment design of residence.Through analysing the statue of environment design of Changsha residences,we have got some ways to improve the quality of residence environment,and have forecasted the direction of the development of residence design in Changsha.
