摘　　要：现代城市多、层居住区因密度大、楼层高,往往视觉景观品质不佳,作为舒适安康型住宅,视觉景观品质为重要内容之一。本文力求从居住区规划和住宅设计等方面,对克服城市住宅在视觉景观上的弊端作一些探讨,以求引起广泛的关注。Because of the density of modern city mutilayer and high level community is large, and the floors of that are high, so the quality of the visual landscqpe is not so good. Visual landscape environmental quality is part of the comfortable and healthy housing. So according to the kind of the community plan and the housing design, this essay makes every effort to do searches analysis about overcoming the malpractice of the visual landscape of municipal housing in order to attract widespread attention.
