摘  要:探讨了MnO2和Nb2O5掺杂对Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.05Zr0.47Ti0.48O3(PMSZT)材料相组成、显微结构、电性能及温度稳定性的影响。结果发现:合成温度900℃,可以得到钙钛矿结构;随着掺杂量的增大,四方相的含量减少,准同型相界向三方相移动;当MnO2过量0.1%,Nb2O5掺杂0.05%(均为质量分数)时,ε3T3/ε0,d33和Kp达到最佳值;随着MnO2和Nb2O5掺杂量增加,Qm值下降,谐振频率变化率随温度变化由正到负。The Effects of MnO2 and Nb2O5 adding on the crystallographic phase, microstructure, electric-properties and temperature stability of Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.05Zr0.47Ti0.48O3( PMSZT)materials have been studied. The results showed that the pure perovskitic structure was obtained at calcination of 900℃. With the adding increasing, the amount of rhombohedral phases was increasing, and the MPB was correspondingly shifted to a rhombohedral phase. The ε33^T/ε0, d33 and Kp of the samples approached the maximum value as MnO2 of 0. 1wt% and Nb2O5 of 0.05wt% were doped. The Qm value decreased and the variation of resonant frequency changed from positive to negative with the increasing of MnO2 and Nb2O5 adding and temperature.
