摘　　要：为适应高等教育的飞速发展,从生态环境规划的角度,提出以构建新世纪高校校园生态学居环境为目标的高校校园规划设计策略,并结合南阳仲景医学高等专科学校新校区规划设计,从总体布局以及人与自然和谐为本、可持续发展、生态效益、时代特征等方面进行了探讨与总结。TO meet with the high-speed development of higher education, the outhor provides the planning tactics of college campus with the goal of constructing ecologic environment in the new era from ecologic environmental perspective Taking the planning design of Zhongjing Medical College Campus of Nanyang as an example,the paper approaches and summarizes the aspect of master plan, the harmany of human development,ecologic benefits development, ecologic benefits and time characteristics etc.
