摘　　要：通过对大学高教园区的土地利用布局模式归纳和研究,结合杭州部分高教园区的使用反馈和实态调查,探讨新开发大学高教园区的土地利用空间布局模式。Based on the research of the land utilization model and the feedback and investigations of some university towns in Hangzhou, the article evaluates the space layout model of new land utilization of university town as urban campus complex.
