摘　　要：从鄂西宣恩县土家村寨和民居的现状和发展入手,分析了土家吊脚楼民居的特征及其存在的问题,对土家吊脚楼的保护和利用提出了具体的意见和建议。Based on a statement to the current situation and development of the traditional dwelling and village of Tujia nationality in Xuan＇en County in western HuBei Province, this article analyzes the characteristics and problems of the folk dwelling of Tujia Nationality. Some specific ideas about protection and utilization of the folk dwelling of Tujia Nationality are presented.
