摘　　要：为保证超大规模集成电路（ＶＬＳＩ）设计过程的正确无误，本文提供了一个电路系统的计算机辅助模拟系统（ＣＡＳＳＹ）。该系统采用高级符号提取方法，可用公式、图形、列表３种形式对数字、模拟混合电路系统进行分析、模拟。A computer aided simulation system CASSY(Computer Aided Simulation System) for VLSI( Very Large Scale Integrated) circuits systems was presented to keep the design procedure of VLSI out of mistakes.And the highest level abstraction of symbol was used,it can analyze,simulate and verify the mixed digital and analog signal process systems rapidly by three methods: formulas,graphs and tables.
