摘　　要：提出了一种简单而科学的程控用户交换机话务强度的统计方法。试验局的测试结果证明，通过对话务强度的测试与计算，可为管理本局及出局的话务信息流量控制及分配，出局、入局线数比例、话务负荷能力等方面提供参考数据。A simple and scientific approach is given for statistics of SPC PABX’s traffic intensity. The results obtained from a great quantity of field trials in experimental offices show that reference data can be provided for the intra exchange and interexchange traffic control and distribution administrations,the proportion of incoming to outgoing trunks,as well as traffic load capacity.It offers a practical method for scientific management and maintenance of SPC PABX.
