摘　　要：通过对我国传统小城镇规划和设计现状、特点的分析,在小城镇规划设计层面对传统小城镇规划和设计在人居环境观念、生态可持续观念、历史文化保护观念和特色设计观念等方面存在的问题与矛盾加以阐述。Based on the study of the actuality and features of the traditional Chinese small town planning and design, this article analyzes the problems and contradictions in some conceptions such as the human settlements, the sustainable development, the preservation of historic culture, and the characteristic design from the aspect of small town planning and design.
