摘　　要：本文以美国北岸购物中心为例,指出郊区购物中心具有交通组织便捷、功能构成完善、依靠核心店铺、多为捆绑销售等设计特点,以期为我国郊区购物中心的建设发展提供参考。Taking the American North Shore shopping Mall as an example, this paper points out that suburban shopping mall has fellowing design characters： convenient transportation, consummate function structure, depending on core shops and most binding sales, and tries to provide some reference for domestic suburban shopping Mall development.
