摘　　要：北京万泉新新家园地处海淀区万泉河路。二期工程位于小区的东北部，占地4万平方米，其中建筑占地面积1.4万平方米，建筑由8栋多层住宅组成。环境设计的重点为6块28m宽100m长的楼间绿地（6块楼间绿地下面全部为地下停车场），结合现有的场地特点，环境设计从基本的景观要素入手，将小型的活动场地、水景、常绿树树池，落叶树树池，草坪、花架、花房（原为地下车库的采光井）等加以不同形式的排列组合，以简单理性的手法解决了“带状绿地”在平面构图中的困难。Beijing Legacy Homes is located at Wanquan Road, Haidian District of Beijing, The site of the second stage lies in the northeast of the planning area with an area of 40,000m^2, of which 14,000m^2 are occupied by buildings. The stress point of the environment design focuses on 6 pieces of greanland between buildings, with the width of 28m and length of 100m （there are parking places under the greenland ）.
