西洋参茎叶皂甙对兔主动脉条收缩反应的影响

摘　　要：西洋参茎叶皂甙１．２ｍｇ／ｍｌ对ＮＥ，ＫＣｌ，ＣａＣｌ２收缩兔主动脉条的量效曲线呈非竞争性拮抗，并能明显抑制ＮＥ引起的主动脉条依细胞内及细胞外Ｃａ２＋收缩。其作用性质与维拉帕米相似。It has been found out that the saponins from stems and leaves of Panax,quinque folium(PQS)cannon-competitively antagonize the dose-response curves of norepinephrine(NE),potassium chloride and calcium chlo-ride on the isolated aortic strips of rabbits, and obviously inhibit intracellular and extracellular Ca￣(2+-)dependent con-traction of the aortic strips induced by NE. These effects of PQS are similar to verapamil.
