摘　　要：和每个志愿者的见面,无疑都是一场内心洗礼。讲述自己故事时,他们更像在和老友会晤谈心。即使做出石破天惊的事,在他们看来,也只是不经意之中各自生活点滴的积累、沉淀,最终串连成一种强烈的内心诉求,将生命体悟逐渐演变成志愿行动的驱动力。如果最初是出于本能和个人品质的萌动, 那么,当有一天,他们开始或者希望能够打动一部分人,感动一部分人,带动一部分人,乃至唤醒群体共识时,我们就能感受到人文关怀力量的上升。志愿者冯艾说得好,选择志愿者服务,也就选择了一种生活方式。Every meeting with the volunteers is undoubtedly an experience of spiritual baptism. When they are telling their stories, they are just like having a heart-to-heart talk with old friends. The admirably wonderful achievements they made are, in their own eyes, nothing but bit-by-bit accumulation and deposit of their respective life, which gradually become a strong internal appeal evolved into a driving force for the activities of the volunteers. It is the essential voluntary motivation of these participants and supporters that has become the source of the happiness of the volunteers.
