回阳返本汤浸出工艺的合理性研究

摘　　要：以回阳返本汤为样本，研究中药复方浸出工艺的合理性。通过不同工艺路线浸出液多种指标成分的定性定量比较说明：对成分复杂的中药复方，宜根据药材成分及其理化性质设计工艺路线，视成分相互作用将药材分类提取，浸出溶剂可根据有效成分的不同溶解性质使用多种溶剂。ThereasonabilityofextractingproceduresfortraditionalChineseprescriptionswasstudiedwithHuiyangfanbenDecoctionassample.Thecomparativeresultsoftheingredientsinextractionspreparedbydiferentproceduresrevealed:Fortheprescriptionswithcomplicatedingredients,moreatentionshouldbepaidtotheingredientsandtheircharacteristicswhendesigningtheextractingprocedurs,andinextractionthedrugsshouldbeclassifiedaccordingtotheinteractionoftheingredients.Moreextractingsolventscouldbeusedaccordingtothecharacteristicsoftheactiveingredients.
