先天性一侧颜面短小综合征12例颜面发育不全的初步测量报告

摘　　要：通过对本组程度较重的12例先天性一侧颜面短小综合征(小耳伴同侧颜面发育不全)患者,利用肌电图和 X 线片测量分析,观察到此组患者患侧的颜面发育障碍约低于健侧30%,骨组织和软组织的发育障碍并存且程度基本一致,提示在此组病例进行手术修复时应从两方面人手,以期达到满意的疗效。Twelve cases of congenital anotia with hemifacial atrophy were examined and analyzed with electromyogram and roentgenography.The results revealed that the development of the deformed side of the face was 30% less than the other side.Because both the soft tissue and the skeleton of the deformed side are undeveloped,they should be dealt with simultaneously.
